beste sjokoladekaken!!~~ (favorite method for dense, moist chocolate cake)

180º C  .   

4.8 dl white flour, sifted
1.8 dl cocoa, sifted
(1.5 ts baking soda)
2 ts baking powder
1 ts salt

2 large eggs
4 dl sugar

2 ts vaniljesukker
1.8 dl oil (solsikke, rapsolje)

0.75 cup milk (milk, coconut milk or almondmilk)
.25 cup strong black coffee
2.4 dl boiling water

~preheat oven to 180 celcius
~grease and flour cakepans
~mix dry ingredients together and set aside
~stir wet ingredients (milk, coffee and oil) in pitcher, set aside
~sett over 2.4 dl vann i en kjele
~lag eggedosis av sukker, egg. pisk inn vanilje sukker.
~alternately add wet & dry mixtures until batter is totally homogenous
~whisk in boiling water
~pour into cake forms
~tap forms gently to release bubbles
~place immediately in oven!~

Baking Times

30- 35 min (test with toothpick or fork)
